Popups to download a theme when shopper visit my store

When people visit my store they get this popup to “download the theme” i am using to host my online store.

Can i get some assistance to stop this from hapening.

This is a newsletter popup and it can be disabled using the theme settings. Code changes will be the last option. If you need any further help please DM me.

Hi Prakash,

Thanks for your suggestion. I have looked in theme settings and cannot see a seting for “newsletter”

Below is the navigation:

  • Sales channels

  • Online Store

  • Themes

  • Customize

  • Cog (Theme Settings)

Okay. Go to the Online Store and the Themes
And click on the Customize button

Then look for the newsletter settings. SInce the settings will be different for each theme I won’t able to guide you without having access to your store.
