Portland Theme: Only 3 Recent Blogs Showing! Help :(

Hello! I need help figuring out how to make all my blog posts show. I have two separate sections “Harvest” and “Recipes”. I figured out how to make the separate sections show but it’s only showing the most recent 3 recipe blogs. when I click “view all” It gives me the same page.

Please help!! Thank you
