We recently switched from the wise pad 3 to your customer display terminal.
Ever since the payment process is much slower.
After the payment, the customer is presented with a list of options, to print te receipt, to email it etc. Each customer look confused and does not know what to tap, and has a not good experience.
Also the Cashier on the other side needs to finalize the payment on their screen each time the customer does not. Also confusing and time inefficiënt.
I want this to be disabled, or that it can be disabled. Just pay, and ready for next customer.
And only if the customer 1 out of 500 asks for a receipt, we will print/mail it. And in case of mailing, there should be a button for the cashier that then activates the fill in page on the customer terminal.
I hope you implement this soon.
