Shopify needs to have their programming team implement a limited charge state into the POS GO because the battery is swelling so much that its constantly being disconnected from the dock. Most of us have our POS go in a constant charged state so it will always start to swell. Please add a limited charge state or “always plugged in” charge state so the battery will not swell.

I was able to contact a shopify advisor and they said they are going to try to get a replacement POS GO device for me, and I was very adamant about making sure she tell the tech/programming team to implement some sort of solution to those of us who keep these devices in a perpetual state of full charge. Everyone with a swollen POS go device please try to contact a support agent about this!
