POS is lagging and not recognising barcodes

Our ipads have recently updated, which are our tills, and now everything is much slower and lagging, it doesn’t always recognise barcodes and now our stock control is out of sync, help

We are experiencing the same, has there been a resolve ?

If you are experiencing slow loading times when using the Shopify POS application - I would suggest attempting to re-install the application on your device. This will force sync any recent updates with the application to ensure you are using the most compatible version.

Additionally, you can reset the bluetooth connection by turning off bluetooth and waiting 2 - 3 minutes before reconnecting the device. This should allow you to re-pair the hardware.
