POS - One More Request

There is a significant delay between when you press print and the printer actually doing it. This isn’t new - it has always been this way since we started using the system years ago. We don’t allow clients to touch the screen because of this (and other reasons). We ask if they want a receipt, then we click print, then we apologize for how poor Shopify is during that uncomfortable delay, then the printer starts up. Most of our regulars no longer want a receipt due to the delay, so in a way it has benefited us for cutting down on receipt paper. We pay for PRO and the pro is no different in that delay.
