Confirmed - the QR/order code block position isn’t configurable in the POS printed receipt visual editor right now, it’s fixed to where Shopify placed it. If you’re on POS Pro, the only current workaround is skipping the visual editor and building a fully custom receipt layout through the Order Printer API/app, which gives you control over element placement including the footer.
It’s a reasonable ask since the visual editor already lets you move other blocks around. Worth flagging it directly through Settings > POS Retail Team > Feedback inside Shopify admin so it gets tracked against other layout requests - that channel tends to get more attention from the POS team than a Community thread alone.
