Hi can anyone help me find a solution the the issue I’m having. So I’ve created my shopify site using SVG files for the images, products, collections etc. The problem happens when it comes to the POS system it will strangely show the images for the collections which are an SVG format, however the product images show up blank even though they’re in the same format. I’ve troubleshooted this by changing a couple images to a webp format and they show up on the POS IOS app so its definitely an issue with SVG compatibility. I’ve tried resetting the cache, updating the ipads to the latest software (as I know IOS didn’t used to support SVG), fully updating the POS system but nothing seems to work. Is there a way to fix this issue with the SVG files without having to change all 300+ product images to webp? Below is a picture of the collections correctly using the SVG files but the products not showing.
