I reached out to support today to see if we can use the local pickup and delivery tiles for in person/phone sales. They confirmed it is for only online purchases. Has anyone found a work around?
We have customers call in orders daily and would love to find a smoother way to handle them. Thank you in advance!

Let me know what I can provide for details further than. A customer calls in an order for pickup we enter it and they come pick it up. So basically we are going off receipts for load list.
We can add this feature by using an app.
