When it comes to the 3 months for $1 offer, this is only applicable for an account you created yourself, and it wouldn’t work on a development store that was transferred to you - those would be subject to paying the full subscription fees once ownership is transferred.
In this case, the only way to avail of that offer is by starting a new store via this link here, though I understand that this may not be suitable for you now that you had a store developed already.
