Post purchase extension not visible on Merchant stores

Hello,

Our post-purchase UI extension request is approved for the public app after the review process and we could see the API access is provided but still when we are trying to enable the post-purchase extensions for any live store the post-purchase page is not coming after order placement and instead of post-purchase page we see it is redirecting to Thankyou page. Is there any additional step that we need to perform to make it live as it is perfectly working on our development stores?

We have looked through community and also unable to get any pointers from the documentation. So now completely blocked on this. Thanks in advance.

Have you reviewed all the limitations listed in our docs?

Skipping the Post Purchase page is usually one of:

  • Is the app selected under Settings > Checkout
  • Does the payment method selected support post purchase?
  • Is the checkout multi-currency? Needs to be in store default currency iirc
  • Is their api returning a correct response pre-payment

We are experiencing the same issue with post purchase extension. It is not working in real stores rather than development stores.

Is the specific access has to enabled by contacting support ?
