Post-purchase refund - refunding a % off the total order rather than a dollar amount

Can Shopify add a feature for sellers to refund a % off an order after the purchase is complete, rather than a dollar amount?

Currently if I want to take 10% off an order after it has been fulfilled, I have to do this calculation manually and refund a dollar amount.

For example, we offer partial refunds for late orders, or for customers who had difficulty applying valid coupons to their order.

It would be really nice to click Refund, and enter the % off, which would auto-calculate the refund amount.
