Please can anyone recommend a post-purchase tracker app that does not include shipping?
Our service is related to customer service but we want to keep our clients updated once they have purchased our service. Looking for a tracker with the following features if possible:
-Does not include shipping, customisable, email notifications to purchaser and tracking capabilities (different stages until completion).

You can also check out the Shipment Tracking & Notify app that provides shipment tracking as well as customizable email notifications. You can also view the status of all the orders under a single dashboard and allow your customers to track their orders with a customizable “Track your order” page within the store.
