POST request to create orders response 200 instead of 201 Created

I’ve tried to call POST request https://4787d361830382d514102f4b389dad09:3b58f3865171e22907dcd8889c35a5ca@cocoapproved.com/admin/api/2023-10/orders.json to create a new order with the body below:

All time i call it always responses 200 and list all order like this
