This was brought to my attention by several angry customers that they want a refund from a Shopify site. I have never heard of this website before and they sent me links as proof. I can see the person who created the site put my email down under the “Contact Us” details. I’m hoping it was a typo and not malicious intent or scamming people. Does anyone have any suggestions to get my email removed?

I’ll share our AUP Violation Form, where you can select Personal, Confidential and Protected Health Information from the drop-down menu. Our team will review this information and investigate the issue accordingly.
When filling out the form you’ll need to enter the following:
- Your contact information
- The material(s) you want to report
- Your electronic signature
