Practical AI for brand owners or agencies

Hello community,

I’m wondering how other brand owners or agencies are using AI for production purposes.

Since nano banana from Google, image assets have been very good and now with text rendering with AI is almost perfect, there are even more options.

Claude is very well known for being good in copywriting.

Chatgpt with image-2 is now king for assets generation.

We are using image-2 also for section designing.

Cursor for custom coding for our clients, mainly with claude.

We are now also prototyping with LLM orchestration frameworks to automatically apply AI for custom workflows for clients. (https://www.langflow.org/). This connected to the Shopify API can create some amazing results if managed correctly.

There is the Shopify AI Toolkit which is great for leveling up your agents.

Other things i’m doing with AI:

  • SEO research and tracking with codex (openai)
  • GEO research and tracking with codex (openai)
  • task based jr coding agents connected to github

What apps or workflows are you using?

Hi, This is Vineet from Identixweb, a Shopify Development Agency.

Hello,

We’re using AI more as a production assistant than a full replacement for the actual workflow.

For design, we use AI to create quick section concepts, banner ideas, product image directions, landing page layouts, and ad creative variations. It helps us speed up the first draft, but our designers still refine everything based on brand style, CRO, and mobile experience.

For development, AI is useful for Liquid snippets, debugging small theme issues, writing cleaner JavaScript, creating metafield-based logic, and speeding up custom Shopify sections.

But we never push AI-generated code directly to a live store without review, testing, and theme backup.

For content and SEO, we use it for keyword clustering, product page outlines, meta titles, collection page copy, blog briefs, schema suggestions, and internal linking ideas. The final content still needs human editing because Shopify content has to match the product, brand voice, and buyer intent.

The biggest thing we’ve learned is that AI works best when the workflow is structured. If you give it brand rules, product data, customer objections, and examples of good output, the quality is much better. But for client work, human review is still the most important part, especially for design, checkout-related changes, tracking, and anything connected to the Shopify API.

Thanks for contributing Vineet.

Hi Vineet, I have came to same conclusion - structured workflow can deliver great results. I am wondering how in Identixweb currently manage the brand rules and policies that AI generated content or code must follow across different client stores?

For example, are those rules stored in documents and checked manually or there is a system that validates each proposal?

I have built an app to help store owners connect AI to their store and over 20 other data sources like Klaviyo, Google Ads, Google Search Console, YouTube, ShipStation and so many others. When you ask questions via your chosen AI it will have access to all your business data and will be able to give informed answers rather then guessing.

There is anomaly detection so issues will be flagged quickly, metrics and its able to plan your week and help you drive sales.

Please do try it out, there is a no credit card, free trial available. It will change how you work forever. If you’re interested in knowing more just message me.

That’s actually a very strong idea and a well-executed concept.

Giving AI access to real business data across Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Search Console, YouTube, ShipStation, and other sources makes the answers far more practical and reliable than working from isolated prompts.

The combination of unified data access, anomaly detection, metrics, and weekly planning is especially valuable for both brand owners and agencies. Great work—this is a strong example of practical AI applied to real ecommerce operations.
