Hey,
I checked out your store and honestly, the vibe is really nice the PLUR/rave niche comes through well and it feels fun and on-brand.
If I am being real from a quick 10second view the only thing that might make me leave is not immediately understanding what exactly you are selling. A clear line at the top like Custom kandi & rave accessories would help a lot.
Also Id try to bring products into view a bit faster. If the banner is too big or doesn’t show product clearly people might scroll or bounce before engaging.
From a trust side since its a new store adding a few things would really help
Shipping/returns info
A short About or brand story
Even a couple of reviews or first drop messaging
Product pages look good overall but adding a few quick bullet points material, handmade, durability, etc. can make it easier to understand at a glance.
Mobile is important for your audience so just double check everything feels smooth and nothing is too oversized or hard to tap.
Overall, you’re in a solid place before launch just focus on clarity showing products and building a bit more trust and you should be good to go.
You already have the slider cart and the progress bar which is further ahead than most stores. The missing piece is what happens inside that cart once someone adds a bead or two. Kandi making is inherently a bulk buying activity and someone adding a Bass Head Bead should immediately be seeing other beads that would complete a bracelet theme right there in the cart. Surfacing curated combinations like festival themed bead sets or character themed groups inside the cart is how you turn a $1.50 order into a $15 order without any extra ads.
Bundles are also a massive opportunity here that you’re not using yet. A starter kandi kit with a selection of beads, elastic string and glue is an obvious bundle that new buyers would grab immediately because it removes the guesswork of figuring out what they need. Show that bundle inside the cart when someone adds their first bead and you’ll see average order value jump pretty quickly.
Something like iCart handles the in-cart cross-sells and bundle displays alongside the progress bar you already have, all without needing additional apps stacked on top.
@KandibyKelton . First impression was not good… becasue you have passwords protected, it’s very hard to judge.
But you can consider this.
The following are some points that need to be taken care of:
1 - Logo - If you are looking to launch “KandibyKelton” as a brand new store, then it should have a unique logo.
2 - Social Proof - Since you have a brand new store, obviously, you don’t have reviews yet, and it is totally fine. But you can add something, a short founder note, such as “Quality-Obsessed Artisan.” The genuine human touch builds trust faster than anything else.
3 - Product Page - The product has no specifications or shipping details on the page. Missing “Write a Review” section, Trust Factor, Social Sharing, Wishlist options on the page.
4 - Footer - Footer is not optimized as it is missing important links and information.
5 - Shipping and Other Policy Pages - As I checked, there are no policy pages configured on the website that can cause multiple issues once you start marketing for the website
6 - Mobile - Rendering on mobile pages is fine and feels like nothing is hard to click.
