Prestige Theme Add Hover effect to button

Hey there

If you have a look on one of my product pages, the buy it now button has a hover effect where it goes from the blueish background over to a white background.
The add to cart button doesnt do that and i would it to do the same.

Does anybody know how?

For what do you need the website URL? I shared a video with the problem.
Which code should i share. I have no idea which code is responsible for that.
