I’m hoping someone can help because I’m completely stuck.

I’m using the Prestige theme and all of my apps (Klarna, trust badges, video carousel, conversion tools, etc.) are installed and switched on in the theme customiser. They all appear correctly in the editor and left-hand menu, but none of them are showing on the actual live product page.

Observed this with Prestige if a product template or section group is unpublished or overridden. Make sure that the product is using the same template as the one you use in the editor. Also, clear the theme cache by duplicating the theme. Re-save mobile settings and make sure app blocks are turned on on a per-template basis on the storefront side!
