Prestige Theme - checkbox for accepting terms and conditions is missing?

I have tried using advice from similar posts in the forum but they havent worked.

I need to build in a mandatory tickbox for ‘Terms and Conditions in my cart’ (both mobile and desktop).

When i try to proceed with purchasing an item, it correctly says I cannot proceed until I have read the terms and conditions, but the checkbox isnt showing anywhere… I have tried to change from Drawer to Page view but that doesnt make a difference.

Also would it be possible to change the colour of the box on the alert from blue to black??

are u using any apps to show up this checkbox on ur cart page ?

if yes , 1. sometimes prestige theme has these issues with app installment. so u will have to add the codes manually onto your theme.

if no, u will have to use some cart page customization apps to show up that .or else u can make it done with some codes on ur theme file

No, I am not using an app.

I was trying to do the coding as many others posted they did successfully.

Do you know the code?
