I am trying to add

1.) the product description and

2.) the quantity selector to the pop up cart.

Additionally I would like this pop up to display for every item to add to the cart

(right now it only works if there are variants of the product)

Please help!

It needs code adjustment.
You need to hire a developer for it.
Alternatively try to ask theme support.

Hey! You may want to check out the app “Bevy Design” - https://apps.shopify.com/aiva-labs. With our app, you can recreate the exact same pop-up using the powerful Bevy Builder. To add a description and quantity selector, you can use the textbox and shapes option and assign actions to make the selector functional. To display the pop–up when someone adds items to the cart, you can simply set the Add to Cart trigger available on the builder and you’re done.
