I have a store where users normally purchase multiple items and I have had a few customers complaining when they use the buy now button it removes all the other products from their basket and replaces it with only one item.
Is there a way to prevent the buy now button removing products that are already in the basket when you use it?
Do you have any customize code for that part before or on your store has using any app on it?
First, you can check code if you did customize and then check app if you doing use.
If the issue not come from those points above, so you need check code handle for by it now button.

Buy now means going to checkout with only the selected item, so when you go to checkout you won’t find any other products.
So if you want when you click buy now it will go to the checkout page with other products in the cart, you need to replace the button with another button that works almost the same.
Please send me the theme name you are using, and I will check it again.
