I am working on entering new products and I always click the “preview” button to see what it looks like before it goes live. I have done this a million times, so I know how it works. But suddenly it says
An unexpected error ocurred, please try again later.
I chatted with support, and they were utterly useless, ending with the agent disconnecting me and sending me to someone new. Does anyone know how to fix this???
Nope, already tried that. It is the same for 3 different employees and Shopify support. Support saw the issue too but didn’t know what to make of it, and then blew me off. I also tried incognito.
In addition, their support response time has gone from about an hour to 48 hours. I’m thinking this is a much bigger issue than just me…

I finally got confirmation from support that it is a known issue and they are working on it.
