Preview image when linking to my store

I am using an older version of Ella (2.0.8) on my store, and I’m certain I have all the branding and logo (including favicon) settings correct. However when I link to my page on any platform that shows a preview image, I get the original Ella logo image (see screenshot).

Please help, I cannot find this setting anywhere!

  1. I did check these settings and they reflect our standard branding

  2. The issue is not exclusively with Social Platforms, in fact its more to do with emails.

  3. Theme settings have been checked and they reflect our standard branding
