Price display with subscription rules

Topic summary

A user is experiencing a pricing display issue on their GemPages product page when combining subscription discounts with bundles.

The Problem:

  • The price widget correctly shows €26.20 when no subscription is selected
  • When a subscription option is chosen (which should apply an additional 10% discount), the displayed price remains €26.20 instead of reflecting the subscription discount
  • The issue is complicated by the simultaneous use of a subscription widget and bundle pricing

Current Status:

  • The user has provided screenshots demonstrating the incorrect pricing behavior
  • A product page link has been shared for reference
  • No solutions or responses have been posted yet

This appears to be a technical integration issue between GemPages’ price display widget and the subscription discount rules, requiring troubleshooting to ensure all applicable discounts calculate and display correctly.

Hi,

I’m having problems with my GemPages price display. That’s because I’m using subscriptions widget and the price widget doesn’t register the discount from the subscription. I’m also using bundles which complicates the proccess even more.

I’ve attached two photos. The first one is the correct price with no subscription picked, and the second one is where the problem occurs - the price 26,20€ should be discounted for 10% more, because of the subscription rules.

Is there any way to make this work as it should?
