Hi, I’m having a problem with Bucks currency converter on my store. I’m seeing an issue when a product page loads and also when selecting a different size/color for the product.
When the first page loads, I’ll see the price momentarily display $49.99 and then switch to $69.99 CAD. When I change the color of the product from the default Green to White, again the price changes to $49.99 and then back to $69.99 CAD.
My store’s default currency is USD but Bucks is set to display prices in the local currency. I reached out to Bucks customer support and they said that it was due to the time it takes to fetch the product URL from Shopify’s AI.
There’s got to be a way to fetch the data faster. For example, on another store I’ve seen it where the price flicker only happens when the product page is first loaded but not when selecting different product sizes. I can live with the price flicker when the product page first loads but I can’t have the price flickering every time a different size/color is selected by my customers.
This issue is happening on Dawn theme but I’ve tested it with other themes and its the same problem.
