Hi, the correct price on all my product pages is loading for a split second and then changes to “£0” right away. Is anyone able to help with this? I’m on Empire theme and not sure how to fix this.

It sounds like you are having issues with your prices appearing on the Empire Theme. I’d like to take a closer look at this. Are you able to confirm when this issue started? For instance, have you made any recent changes to your themes code, installed any apps, or adjusted your accounts settings? It’s likely that there could be conflicting code that is not properly loading your prices. If this is the case, you can roll back .liquid files individually to a time and date before you made the changes.
If you’d like, you can share your store’s URL so that I can try to replicate the issue. It may also be a good idea to follow this guide to view the steps on how to get in touch with your theme developer for further support.

Thanks for your comment, I tried using the rollback function on my files but it doesn’t seem to do anything. What Liquid file do you think it would be that has affected the price and inventory options. I removed some old apps code to speed up the store but all seemed ok after that, I think the problem came when I downloaded an app called Bing Shopping to get a Bing Shopping Feed. It seemed to be caused after this. I can’t find any left over code anywhere though. And I have also contacted them and had no response which is concerning.

If you look on the individual product pages the prices are all £0 and when you click a variant it says sold out when there is actually inventory.

I tried this both on desktop and mobile devices and the issue seems to be resolved. If you are still experiencing this issue, try clearing your cache or trying through a different browser or device. It looks like reverting your product pages to an earlier version could have helped restore your prices.
In terms of your sold out variants, are you still experiencing this issue? They seem to be working for the “Off-Grid 48V Solar Panel Kit (4800W, 48V, 2.7kWh)” product. If you are still having issues, feel free to share the specific product and I can take a closer look.
