Price not updating ! Urgent Help

Hi All,

We are facing a major issue, we just upload a few products from excel sheets and when we are changing the price is not changing in website

attached image for reference.

Please help we need to solve this issue.

Hello @tamerkayed2020 there is very most likely an error in the code or a conflict somewhere that is currently holding back the prices from updating. Try reaching out to Shopify customer support and I believe the technical team would be able to help you sort this out.

Hi @tamerkayed2020 :waving_hand: it could just be a stale cache issue, try:

  1. hard refresh the page (ctrl+shift+r)
  2. private browsing mode
  3. or check in different browser/device
  4. :warning: sometimes you just have to wait an indeterminate amount of time for servers to update

Also ensure you are looking at the exact same product handle, or the exact same variant ID, in the admin and frontend and you have not been accidently creating and editing duplicates.

Other factors to check

  2. make sure you are not looking at a theme preview
  3. not using markets with different prices
  4. not using apps that affect prices
