Hi, my item is showing a slash through $0 being the original price and the actual price in red, showing as a sale price.
How do I fix this?

If you’d like to show a product as being on sale you’ll want to enter the sale price (the current price) in the Price setting and the former price in the Compare-at price setting like in the screenshot below. This will ensure the slash is shown over the correct amount.

If you don’t want the product to appear as on sale you can just enter the current price in the Price setting and leave the Compare-at price setting empty. The Compare-at price setting should only be used if you want the price to show as being on sale with the slash through the former price.
