I’m currently using a third part theme called Bagratica theme. I am trying to run a sale for spring and currently my website shows the strike running through both prices. Can someone advise me on how to resolve this issue.

Yes this is because you are showing both prices in the old price class. Remove the sale price from old price class and paste it out side the old price class.
Which file will i find the class?
If found the class, however both seem to be seperated already.
