All items on my store are being discounted at checkout with no discount being applied. Automatic discounts have been disabled and deleted… You can see for yourself by visiting my store https://knckeys.com
This has happened ever since my Lunar Year sale where everything was 10% off. Once it expired all items are still receiving discounts. Worse thing, is that you can stack a discount code on already discounted items. Please help save my shop.
Things I have tried recently:
Removed most discount codes and recreated them.
Switched affiliate apps.
Remove welcome discount code that an app created and disabled that feature.
The price must be discounted by a discount (either auto/code) or variant price changes. The first thing is to find out why there is a discount when the discount code is expired. Is the active date not set correctly? Is there any remaining auto discount?
On the order details, there should be information about the price reduction.
I don’t see any discount applied when I add a few items to the cart.
Heya, support was able to replicate the issue and couldn’t find a fix. You have to go to checkout before paying to see. All auto discounts have been disabled and deleted.. please see image to see that there is no discount actually being applied. Price should be $52.10

I have and they couldn’t figure it out. They said they would email me when they have a solution. Was just hoping to find one sooner.
I’m having the same issue. I have never applied a discount and don’t have any active discounts anywhere. I have changed shipping and deleted any apps that I believe could possibly be doing this. I hope we get it figured out.
