Hello! I am using debutify as a theme, I actually don’t know where the issue is but, whenever I view the website prices are different from when I’m actually editing the website. For example, the product is priced at 9.99$ when editing the website, but if you view it, it becomes 14$

- When did you first notice this issue? Did you make any changes to your theme or online store before noticing this?
- If you preview a theme from the Shopify theme store are you still noticing this issue or are your prices appearing correctly? You can find a list of free themes in the theme store here. You can also preview a paid theme by choosing one here. This guide has more information on previewing themes if you need it.
- Is this happening for every product you have? For example, if you add a new product as a test is the price appearing correctly?
- Are you selling in different currencies or do you only sell your products in one currency?

The issue persists, it changes sometimes then comes back to normal and If I preview a theme its normal. Ands its happening to every product and every variant I have. and I sell on USD but debutify has a feature to update the currency preference.

Since this is working correctly when you preview other themes, it sounds like this is being caused by the theme that you’re using. Since this isn’t a theme from the Shopify theme store I don’t have more information on this myself. I also don’t have contact information for the theme developer. That being said, I recommend you reach out to your theme developer to assist you with this further. They will have the most information on their theme and why it isn’t functioning as expected. If they can’t help with this I then recommend you reach out to a Shopify expert to look into your theme with you.
