prices are higher on website then back end

For over 2 months I have been trying to solve the issue where the prices displaying on the website are much higher then what I put in the back end. For example Lane Bryant Sweater Light Blue lace up arms is showing as 36.00 when in the back in in the admin page its 22.00. I do have a third party ap called professional importer for ebay and ive gone to them several times and every fix they try simply does not work so Im inclined to think its shopify not them. Ive even checked and in their setting they do not have it set to mark anything up or down and the prices on ebay are even lower than whats displaying in shopify. Ive done everything to get in touch with you in support but your automated assistant keeps asking me to select a store to put me in contact with a live person but then it keeps giving me this error “There’s a technical problem with the Shopify Help Center that prevented this page from loading. Please go back to the Help Center homepage or try reloading this page.” and your automated assistant keeps having me go in circles with the same result never connecting me to an agent.
