Pricing Displays in LOCAL Currency not Store Currency

Hi,

We have a USD$ shopify store but when I login from Canada the prices show up as auto converted to CAD$

Is there a way to stop this and how can I view the collection is USD$?

Hey Errol,

You need to cross-check the IP-based price conversion that might be enabled. In case, you are using any 3rd party app for multi-currency, then kindly check them too. It can be switched off from there.

Otherwise, you can also check your Shopify markets settings and see if the auto conversion is arising from there.
