Hi Guys,
Here in Australia we don’t need to be registered for GST if we are a business that makes under 75k a year. We fall under that banner. I need some help though to navigate our pricing set up on our Shopify.
In the taxes and duties setting under the ‘Global settings’ we have unclicked ‘includes sales tax on product price and Shipping rate’
We have also unclicked ‘Charge tax on this product’ on each individual product but it is now adding a tax at the check out.
We are not registered with GST siti therefore don’t submit a BAS. We aren’t legally allowed to charge a tax or GST.
Please help!!! I am starting to get really frustrated!

Further to this I have noticed it is only for items that we haven’t individually listed under a collection. It is showing up with taxes on those products that are under one product that has a drop down menu with different size options.
