Pricing on live site is reduced from what I've put in on the backend

Hello,

I’ve just noticed that my site is auto reducing my products by a couple of dollars. For example: product I’ve set up in the back end to be $19 is showing on live site as $16. Why is this happening?

I do use a 3rd party site called Privy to set up discounts but I don’t think this is the issue as the customer would need to insert a discount code at checkout to avail a discount.
