I have created a pricing table with custom code. When a plan is selected, the corresponding price is added to the cart, and the user is redirected to the checkout page

Can you check the URL below? I have created a pricing table with custom code. When I choose any plan, it should add the appropriate price to the cart and redirect to the checkout page. However, it’s currently redirecting to the checkout page without adding the correct price to the cart; instead, it’s adding the product’s page price.

btw a/to your query it sounds like you need to use a custom price for product which is not possible.
