Primary domain still says "setup in progress" after 24h

I just transferred my domain www.sandranobreart.com from Squarespace to Shopify but it still says “setup in progress” even after more than 24 hours. Did I miss something?

I really need help with this, can anyone help me?

I’m Miles from the Social Care team at Shopify. Thanks for getting in touch about your domain issue. There’s a couple of steps we’d need to confirm that you have completed before the domain can activate.

  1. Have you verified your email already?
  2. Have you read and accepted the ICANN policy and the Domain Registration Agreement when purchasing the domain?

If it has exceeded 48 hours since connecting the domain, and you’ve confirmed the above steps are completed, we may need to manually push this through internally.
