Is there anyway to include a customer’s customizations on the packing slip? It is showing up when I print the “Print Order Page”, but not on the packing slip.
For instance, if a customer orders an item in black with the words “HELLO”, this customization does not appear on the packing slip.
Any help is truly appreciated!
