Hello all,
I am starting up a print-on-demand store using Printful as my fulfillment service. I am trying to plan ahead for the inevitable returns and exchanges that will occur from time to time. Currently my Shopify store is set up to send orders straight to Printful for printing and shipping. Is there a way to set up my store so that if/when I get a new order which matches a product in inventory (which I accepted for return or exchange previously), I can simply print a shipping label myself and ship the item from my current stock, rather than having a new product be printed at Printful?
