A customer ordered 3 boxes of the same cookies and I want to send the three of them in individual parcels but dont know how to print 3 separate label using the Aust Post app.

In the Australia Post app, a single order generates one shipping label by default. If you want to send the items in separate parcels, the usual approach is to either:

Split the order in Shopify into multiple fulfillments (each fulfillment gets its own label in the AusPost app), or

Manually create additional labels in the AusPost app by duplicating the shipment and adjusting the parcel details.
Both methods work, but splitting the order in Shopify keeps everything neatly tracked for you and your customer.
