Does Shopify offer a method of providing notifications of planned maintenance and issues? I found the site https://www.shopifystatus.com/, but there doesn’t seem to be a means of subscribing to a feed such as what other companies provide via StatusPage. I’m looking to subscribe to notifications for operational awareness purposes.
Currently, the best way to stay up to date on Shopify’s status is to visit shopifystatus.com directly.
I can definitely see how being able to receive notifications of Shopify’s status is a useful option to have though, so I’ll send this as a feature request to our developers. Just a note that we can’t guarantee when and if a request will be implemented, or provide a timeline for updates on requests. However any updates will be listed on our changelog here.

Yes, it would be very helpful to have a means of subscribing to a feed (like that provided by StatusPage) that would alert me of upcoming changes to the Shopify SaaS platform and/or incidents. Having to proactively fetch status from the Change Log and/or Shopify Status page is (sorry) archaic in today’s SaaS environment.
