Problem accessing the store. By payment and credit card.

I would like to regain access to my shop. I wrote from an old account with a credit card attached to remove the card and account and try to do it within 14 days.
My old account: XXX1@gmail.com (I don’t want to use it, my credit card is linked there)

Current account: XXX2@gmail.com (I connected the same credit card as on the old account and I was denied access to the store)

HELP! HELP!
