To confirm the error populating is not related to a browser or cache issue, I recommend attempting the following troubleshooting steps listed below to see if this helps to resolve:
Clear your Cache & Cookies.
Access the shop from an Incognito Tab.
Access the shop from Another Browser (i.e Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
Try accessing the shop and theme from the Shopify App.
Attempt using Another Device (i.e computer, iPad, mobile).
If after completing all of the mentioned steps above you continue to receive this error, please Contact Support to allow one of our specialists to investigate further. This will provide us access to complete additional digging, ensuring this resolved as quickly as possible.
