Problem loading collection page since upgrading theme

Hi there,

I’m upgrading my Turbo theme store from Turbo 6.02 to Turbo 7.1.1 and Turbo 8.0. With both 7.1.1 and 8.0 I ran into the problem that two major collection pages (https://gardensofthesun.com/collections/custom-jewelry to which the header button links and https://gardensofthesun.com/collections/custom-engagement-rings) don’t load.

This is a screenshot of the error I get, both when previewing the theme and when the theme is live.

Any idea what could cause this? Or how to fix it?

To confirm the error populating is not related to a browser or cache issue, I recommend attempting the following troubleshooting steps listed below to see if this helps to resolve:

  • Clear your Cache & Cookies.
  • Access the shop from an Incognito Tab.
  • Access the shop from Another Browser (i.e Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
  • Try accessing the shop and theme from the Shopify App.
  • Attempt using Another Device (i.e computer, iPad, mobile).

If after completing all of the mentioned steps above you continue to receive this error, please Contact Support to allow one of our specialists to investigate further. This will provide us access to complete additional digging, ensuring this resolved as quickly as possible.

I used the Theme Updater app, and I didn’t complete the update correctly. Now it works.
