Problem of Setting Up Payment to PayPal in UK on www.nice2cu.com

How do I fix the problem of payments from Shopify to PayPal on a new shop on www.nice2cu.com that I have set up using PayPal? I have checked the PayPal business account settings with PayPal and it is set up correctly and there are no issues or restrictions that could be preventing payments from going through. I have verified my Shopify settings and double-checked that my Shopify store is set up correctly to process payments through PayPal. I have done this by going to my Shopify admin, selecting “Settings” and then “Payment providers.” From there, I made sure that PayPal is selected as a payment option and that all settings are configured correctly.

I am still having issues, and I reached out to Shopify support for assistance. Shopify were not able to diagnose the problem and were not able to provide a solution. I have contacted PayPal Merchant Technical Support, and they were not able to help me resolve any issues with my account or transactions.

I have tried a different payment method which was a credit card through Shop Pay and I was able to successfully make a purchase transaction. However I believe that it is essential to have the PayPal payment option to be a globally credible website because based on past experience a significant portion of customers will not purchase from my website without PayPal as an option.

The error occurs during the purchase process as follows:

Having selected the product to purchase, I select “More payment options”

This takes me to the choice of Third party payment providers set up and I select “PayPal”

This takes me to several screens where I select “Click to Continue” and “Continue to Payment” and “Pay Now”

Then for some unknown reason, sometimes I receive an SMS from Shopify saying XXXXX is your Shop Pay verification code, however there is no screen appearing where I could input this verification code.

Finally, the error message that is received when the final Pay by PayPal says “There was an issue processing your payment. Try again or use a different payment method.”

I am attaching screen shots of teh checkout process in powerpoint.

I am also attaching the right clicked html code from the error message.

Please help me if you have experience with this glitch?
