I really need help. I am in the process of setting up my website to sell my products and I am in the shipping phase. To explain to you, I created a Zone with my country and neighboring countries and I would like to apply free delivery for them. So I put a condition which defines “When the price exceeds 72 euros, I offer delivery”.
The problem is that, when I exceed 72 euros, I can no longer be delivered to any of the countries in this zone, which is extremely counterproductive. But when I am below 72 euros, I can order the products without any problem.
So I contacted the printful service, who told me to create a custom category for my items and it would work. But it doesn’t work. So I turn to you.
Do you have any idea how to fix this?
