I want to setup the customer portal on my website, but problem is that I cannot edit the content.
Not a single letter of text appears. As a result, my customers will not know what to fill in the boxes.
How can I resolve this problem?
Right now, I have deactivated customer portal link on home page because it doesn’t work correctly.

Have you tried do some troubleshooting such us switching to a different browser, use a different device, and clear your cookies and cache? if yes, and none of those worked, I highly suggest that you reach out to theme developer so, they can further check your back-end theme and see where the issue is coming from.
