Problem to connecting to a external domain

Hello!

I want to connect an external domain to my Shopify page. I check this tutorial: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/domains/add-a-domain/connecting-domains

The problem is that my domain was register with another Shopify Store. And I have this message:

This domain is currently managed by a different shop.
You may contact support to transfer the domain to this shop, and initiate the transfer afterwards.

But there is not online support from Shopify… how can I contact support to do this?

Can you help me please?

In the interest of improving the user experience for merchants using our platform, we updated the Store Admin to include the “Domains” section in Settings. So simply navigate to Settings > Domains in your store admin and then follow the instructions as outlined in that guide.
