I’m having trouble verifying my ID for Shopify Payments. I uploaded my documents, but the verification isn’t going through. I’ve tried contacting Shopify Support, but I haven’t received any reply yet.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or knows how to fix it? I really need to get this resolved so I can start receiving payouts.

Yes, this sometimes happens especially if the uploaded ID image isn’t perfectly clear or doesn’t match the account details (like name, address, or date of birth).
Here’s what you can try:
1. Re-upload your ID in a bright, clear photo — make sure all four corners are visible.
2. Check that your legal name and address in Shopify Payments exactly match what’s on your ID.
3. If it’s still pending, go to Shopify Support → Contact → Chat or Email, and include your ticket number if you’ve already reached out. That usually speeds things up.
Verification reviews can take a few business days, but re-submitting clear documents and following up with support often resolves it faster.
