I hired a speed optimization freelancer who is requesting the app Motifmate to be downloaded and used. The Shopify App Store no longer supports this but he assures me it still works. When I try to download externally and enter my Shopify URL it prompts me to the attached page which states - " This app is no longer available on Shopify and can’t be installed. You may be able to find similar apps in the Shopify App Store."
Now, the freelancer is able to uninstall and redownload on his end with no issues at all.
Any insight on this?
